ˇiarislav is a Slovak singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and instrument maker with ten published albums. He performs world music - original compositions often with motifs of Slovakian traditional songs, solo or with his band Bytosti. ˇiarislav hand makes and plays Slovak traditional flutes Fujara and Koncovka, and drum Dob, teaches flute and drum making workshops and holds musical seminars. ˇiarislav regularly performs in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland and has recently visited and performed in the United States, Wales, Denmark and Russia. His solo performances are often accompanied with talks and slide shows on traditions and natural lifestyle of Slavic nations. High
